1. The word stupid is a very ugly word. I didn't realize this until it come from his mouth. It has now been removed from my vocabulary. Apparently this was a name I had called Linus a number of times.
2. I talk baby talk to Landon and therefore Hayden speaks baby talk to his brother. We had been calling Landon stinky and now Hayden has made up his own pet name for Landon, now known as "stewgy". Don't really know what this means but Hayden's been calling him this for weeks now and it gets a laugh from Landon every time.
3. I give Hayden choices to help him feel like he has a say in things. Such as do you want beans or mac and cheese for dinner, your bed or secret bed for nap, diaper or big boy underwear. You get the idea. Well now he thinks it's important to give us choices such as Daddy weed eat or cut grass, sleep on Mommy's bed or couch. He sure is learning fast.
4. I spend alot of time pumping. This is what I found Hayden doing today......
He told me he was pumpin milk for baby Landon and actually had the flange attached to his belly button with the pump turned on.

I agree about the word stupid. I have a list now of many words that I never thought were bad until they escaped my child's mouth.
I like the name "Stewgy", very cute! :)
Oh my goodness - that's hilarious! (The pumping belly button thing!) I get what you mean about the "ugly" words too. Even though Maddie can't really understand what I'm saying, I catch myself and try not to say things like "dumb, stupid, crap, etc..." I even apologize to her and tell her Mommy said a bad word when I say something I shouldn't have. I figure it's good to start early! I'm sure I'll even mess up when she CAN understand me, but it just shows her that even Mommy's make mistakes I guess.
He is so adorable. What a great big brother! SO cute!
Hayden pumping for Landon is quite laughable! Sweet that he was thinking of his younger brother! Too funny!
